   2. The product specifications (weight, size, color etc.) mentioned with the product photos are only approximate.              Most products here are handmade items. There may, hence, be a variation in the pictures and the respective                products.

Refund Policy: Refund will be initiated in 7 working days only if there is an issue with the product quality or size.             The refund process will initiate only when we receive the receipt of the parcel. Customers have to send the                  courier confirmation through email at thousanddot@gmail.com

  4. FOR CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS REFUND / RETURNED POLICY IS NOT APPLICABLE. CASH ON DELIVERY IS              ALSO NOT APPLICABLE.
